Entries are added to this list by including the code {{Rfd}} in the entry text. But the process of deletion by administrators needs more than just the request. It also needs some argument for why the entry should be deleted. Please go to the page Wiktionary:Requests_for_deletion to add you explanation for requesting a deletion, or perhaps arguing why the entry should not be deleted.
